The latest Fantastico updates

Some more updates have been applied to the Fantastico scripts available within our cPanel hosting packages. You can apply these updates via your Fantastico screen, and links to the product home pages are also available there so that you can check what elements have been upgraded:

Coppermine Photo Gallery has been upgraded.

Crafty Syntax Live Help has been upgraded.

Joomla has been upgraded. *

Open-Realty has been upgraded.

phpCOIN has been upgraded.

Please note that many upgrades include security patches, so it is advisable to upgrade to the latest version(s) as soon as possible.

* The Joomla upgrade is from version 1.0.12 to 1.0.13, and is a maintenance and security release. Customers should note that Joomla upgrades tend to over-write your current meta tags, so you should make backups of essential data before applying the upgrade. (The new Joomla version 1.5 is currently at “Release Candidate” status, and is not yet available via Fantastico. Customers manually upgrading to version 1.5 do so at their own risk and we are unable to offer support on this non-automated upgrade.)
