Server maintenance - Neptune, Atlanta 1
Wednesday, October 31st, 2007The NEPTUNE server at Atlanta 1, Georgia, will be undergoing essential maintenance tonight - The kernel and core software on this node will be upgraded and a reboot is required to load the new kernel. The scheduled time for the reboot is Thursday November 1st 3am EST.

Virginia data-center power outage
Saturday, October 20th, 2007This morning VENUS, our backup mail, monitoring and DNS server located in Virginia, USA was caught by a total power blackout at the datacenter, and was off-line for approximately 94 minutes.
Fortunately, Venus rebooted cleanly when power was restored and no customers experienced any loss of service.
