We are getting reports that some users are unable to reach our servers in Atlanta USA. This issue appears to be isolated to those routing through the pccwbtn network. Network Outage - Atlanta 2

Some network issues with an upstream provider at the Telx data-center in Atlanta caused 4 short breaks of service today, affecting our ATLAS server.
Atlas provides one of our monitoring services, back-up DNS and supplementary mail, so no customer web-sites were affected.
